Dancing by the Seine

Do you remember this photo? Well, I went back to the Quais Saint Bernard, and, this time, I went a little further and stumbled upon the tango dancers! They are even better located than the salsa ones of last time because they really face the Seine - They actually nest in one of the 3 or 4 small amphitheaters that are to be found there. It's a real dream place for dancers. FYI, the weather is a little chillier in Paris right now, but beautiful.

  1. Oh Eric...if you're not careful, people are going to think that all we do in Paris is dance and eat!

    I feel part of the energy, looking at them dance. If I had to pick a picture of life on planet earth, I would pick this.

  11. Romantic, heart warming and very Parisian. The tourist office should pay you lots of money for this photo.

    Beautiful shot again : a true 'Intoxication feeling' at the foreground while a really nice view at the background, serene, luminuous. C'est beau. Both are interesting.
    The tango is a spectacular dance. I love seeing it dancing.

    Yes, the weather is beautiful. I feel it very well. Thanks a lot... :)

  15. Dancing in the forefront, with the city of lights as a backdrop and the boats docked on the Seine. Une dance, un Tango, c’est la vie à Paris!

    I could stand for cooler weather here (Wash, DC), so I await it. (Not cold, just cooler:)

  22. Merci pour cette photo. J'avais vu les danseurs dans ces petits amphithéatres le long de la seine. Mon épouse et moi étions en bateau-mouche (croisière de 23 h) il y a deux semaines environ et je me demandais ou ils étaient situés exactement.

  23. Oh how I love this picture! It carries the atmosphere so well

    I love these dancing spots by the Seine. I once saw people dancing gavotte, a dance from Bretagne.

    @Eurostyle
    These amphiteaters keep busy untill it's too cold to have fun outdoors
