I found this "figurine" (a little 3D portrait) in an art gallery (Galerie Lefor Openo), in the 6th arrondissement. Mougey, the artist that is featured there until the end of May, made funny little statues of famous people ("pipoles" as we now call them!) including politicians... I thought this was the most appropriate one to post at this very moment, as President Sarkozy just celebrated his 3rd year in power. Time really flies, as I recall taking this photo so well, that it seems just like yesterday.
Time does fly -- especially when you're having fun. I don't know about his job, but he has a hot wife, so . . . (Pipoles -- I love that!)

Time truly flies but if each day has been filled by something new, that does not mean any waste of time. Speaking of President Sarkozy, two years are coming until next elections. Btw, Eric, I have the feeling that maybe a link is missing in your text. You say that you remember this photo like if it was yesterday and it seems to me that maybe you wanted to speak about another photo than just this one today. Maybe one of may 2007 showing Sarkozy first days. Just a suggestion and sorry if I'm wrong.

Funny! Don't you just love a good caricature, except if it is of yourself? My big wonder is who is represented in the back there? That nose and that ...hair? Very interesting.
