Just came by for my daily Paris fix ... I can't wait to visit this area. I used to live at Porte Dorée, near Bois de Vincennes, for a few years when I was a kid. That area doesn't seem to have changed a whole lot but the entire renovated area behind Gare de Lyon (still 12th Arrt.?) is a complete mistery to me. Must go check it out!

You're right, Eric, the place is interesting. But don't go in the restaurants here : bad food, "typically french" service (rudeness and so on...), high prices... Just a place for a walk...
