They appeared on a variety of traffic signs. Some are very clever. A one way sign (do not enter) like yours had a decal of a driver, steering wheel, and rear view mirror, as if the white stripe is a windshield of a car coming at you. A dead end sign (looks like a T or a crucifix) had a decal of a pieta at its base. I&#39;ll send you a couple.
