Bonjour à tous,

I have been visiting Eric's blog from the very beginning. I am usually just Anonyme. Lately I have notice that I am spending to much time online. I make my living through writing, photography and painting. Plus, I do have family money. Lol.

Since I travel and move around a lot it is hard for me to make real friends, it can be lonely. I have met a lot of great people through this and other blogs. Next year I plan to visit some of my new friends in person. I will always keep in touch with the people that wanted to be friends and have become real friends. I am hoping they will want to come out and stay with me. I do live in a very beautiful place and there is plenty of room for a long stay.

From now on I will only go online for research purposes . I need to spend more time working with my creative interests. The virtual word is really fun, but the real world is better. Thank you Eric for sharing beautiful Paris. I never tire of that city or Amsterdam, Barcelona, Los Angeles, Milan, New York, San Francisco or Tokyo.

I am just a traveler in life.

My coworkers didn't even know what the Bastille was, let alone that it was Bastille Day! Couldn't believe it.

Spectacular...it looked like some were being set off from the top of the Eiffel. WOW, the wonders of the Internet that we could watch it live from all over the world! I agree Cristy...some year I will be there in person and there will be sound!!! Thanks Eric for bringing Paris to us every day!

I can't get the website to function, I think it's overloaded.

At a Bastille Day party by l'Alliance Francaise on Saturday, I was explaining to a young guy the scene in "Casablanca" when everyone sings the Marseillaise. He had no idea what movie I was referring to.

I didn't know about the 120-year celebration. Fantastic. Everyone have great fun tonight and if I don't feel the cosmic vibrations of Guille toasting me, I'll be really hurt!
