Though it's funny to see a couch out front since when some people put theirs on their front porches here in the U.S. it is usually frowned upon except in this shot it looks so chic!
I'm wondering, does the traffic bring extra business Eric?dianasfaria.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10488357854017358868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11471590.post-12276630385889686442014-10-11T01:54:42.708+02:002014-10-11T01:54:42.708+02:00It feels quite enduring, looking at it from this p...It feels quite enduring, looking at it from this perspective.William Kendallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00331324250821836822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11471590.post-3631569842549276802014-10-11T01:33:37.446+02:002014-10-11T01:33:37.446+02:00I have always wanted to know which house Madeleine...I have always wanted to know which house Madeleine lived in. You know, "In an old house in Paris that was covered in vines, Lived twelve little girls in two straight lines. In two straight lines they broke their bread, Brushed their teeth and went to bed. They left the house at half past nine
In two straight lines in rain or shine. The smallest one was Madeline." The caretaker is Miss Clavell, but as a little girl, I thought she looked like a nun. She was probably a nursing sister slash governess. My sister says she deduced which bridge they are shown to be walking across from the house, which presumably was a boarding school (although I always thought it was an orphanage--possibly because I thought Miss Clavell was a nun)--I think it is le Pont Neuf from the first Madeleine book. Which would make the one above perfect, with dormitory rooms and all, non?Sashohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17465421643261182073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11471590.post-90638268771283146772014-10-11T00:52:54.467+02:002014-10-11T00:52:54.467+02:00Do they allow old people in here?Do they allow old people in here?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14890275246313686543noreply@blogger.com
