polltogo invades Paris!

You don’t know about polltogo?? It’s just the coolest tool to vote and get feedback from anyone with a mobile device! In fact, there’s no way you could have heard of polltogo, as... it was officially launched in public beta today! How do I know? Easy, I’m one of the co-founders. ;-) Want to try it? Get your cell phone out, click to enlarge the photo above and have your device read the QR code. If you have any problems, you can also type p2.gg/ny into your phone’s web browser. Can you help us spread the word? Check my little note and/or visit polltogo.com.

PS: Don’t worry, I will surely be very busy this coming decade(!), but PDP will continue, as always...

  1. Aha! So this is what you were referring to...a couple months ago. Bon chance, vraiment. I hope the new venture makes you outrageously rich so you can send me a free ticket to Paris! Everyone vote, now, should Eric pay for my trip to Paris?

  11. Brilliant concept! Were I not such a penny-pinching Scotsman I would surely have an iPhone capable of using such innovative stuff. But my SOny Ericsson form 2003 still works perfectly.

  12. Couldn't get it to work on my rotary dial landline...just kidding! Not about the rotary dial landline, I really have that, and, Luddite that I am, stubbornly cling to it.

Good luck on your very exciting new project!

  14. LOL Petrea! See, even with your "old" iPhone it works. Actually it works with most phones (tablets, laptops, etc.) - but sorry not with Rotary phones Mrs Vandertramp!) as long as they have access to the internet.

  15. Ha! Well, I guess I downloaded a cheap (free) QR reader, because it couldn't read the picture. But I typed the url into my browser and voted for...Père Lachaise! I surprised even myself. But I realized that was the spot that most surprised, delighted and amazed me, and had the fewest crowds.
