La Parisienne (in the rain)

Things are really improving! I even drove my scooter today. And on the way back home I stopped because I thought this restaurant under renovation was photo worthy. Then when I pulled the trigger I realized a typical "Parisienne" was in the picture!  Well, what can I say, I simply love this photo ;-)

  2. And social commentary to boot ? The ducat was formerly a gold coin in France. So do you think this fashionably dressed woman should be more concerned about the transience of wealth ? Sorry, I've been going to too many art exhibitions lately. In any case, nice shot !

  3. I still add your PARIS webpage in the guidebooks I sell about your city.
It is so nice to see your city through YOUR eyes and camera lenses.

    La Parisienne in the sun!
You can judge by yourself with the link above, if you wish.

  9. So glad to know that you are on the mend! The fact that you're able to lean/bend/stoop/crouch/?? to get this excellent example of you-know-what is surely a very good sign.
