Unless it were mounted on a skateboard with front and back wheel! <br /><br />Our mail deliverers use a sort of tripod on wheels with a bag of mail attached to push the mail around. Sometimes, too, they have a shoulder bag and sometimes they have a little truck (which has the steering wheel on the opposite side from all the other cars and trucks). In Venice? The only green area is in the garden of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection (museum). That was odd to experience: only a few trees here and there, but a real garden of trees in the private space of an eccentric American. Never been to London. NY has Central Park, which is huge.
