Chuuuttt!

Sorry the "stunning views of Paris" series has to stop ;-) I have to go back to another Paris classic: Jef Aerosol, one of the most famous street artists in Paris. So famous, that the 4th arrondissement city hall asked him to paint this huge fresco on a wall located at Place Stravinsky (where the famous Niki de Saint Phalle fountain - the one you see in the foreground - is located). I love it. More on the dedicated website, on Jef Aerosol website and in this little video (where you can see the progress of the painting).

    Just a little little little thing .... Eric (from me to you): it is Jef Aerosol and not Jeff... But chuuuuut ;-)

  9. Hello Eric,

    Love this new format... great photos as always. I know Jeff's work from Butte aux Cailles.

    I'm having an exhibition on Thursday September 1, 2011 at STORIE (20 rue Delambre 75014)... It's called GOD & COUNTRY. Would love to have you come see what an expat in Paris is up to...

    Best,

    Matthew

  10. Quelle idée géniale—brava to Mme Bertinotti for asking him to do this. And bravo to you for posting this! So is it a self-portrait?

  11. Very fun, and quite appropriate in Place Igor Stravinsky: the most Daliesque place in Paris.

  12. @Flore. ooops. you're right. I just made the correction. Thank you ;-)

    @Matthew. Sure. Can you send me an invite at eric@parisdailyphoto.com ?

    @Likedit. That looks like a cool project. I'll investigate a bit more tomorrow.

    @Alexa. No, I really don't think it's a self portrait ;-)
