Living in Paris is your dream? Well, good news, I've found the perfect apartment for you! It has two floors, therefore two terraces (well technically one is a balcony!) and probably enough room to through parties for 100 people every night! Oh, I forgot, it faces the Seine and the 7th arrondissement (where I was when I took this photo Sunday). Interested? Have your checkbook ready, for this little pied-à-terre is probably worth 15+ million! Besides, I saw it first ;-)

I'm forced to leave this one for you, Eric. Perhaps you'll let me visit?
ReplyDeleteYou know the answer Petrea ;-)
DeleteLOL, you really make laugh this time. Thank you, I needed it.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm glad I did!
DeleteOh of course no problem , I will buy it.... A dream for all of us, Eric.. Thank you for the offer... But it is very hard to get that kind of money for most of us, no??? But nice to keep dreaming..Merci ... Kara :)))
ReplyDeleteWell some can afford it, so why not one of us??
DeleteI'll just fly out on my private jet with my checkbook ready...
ReplyDeleteAh, such a dream....
Exactly just to prove Kara that someone here can afford it!
DeleteI like the color of the building too.
ReplyDeleteYes it's really nice. Everything is NICE in this building!
DeleteWell I'll just snatch that one up the next time I'm in Paris. Ha.
ReplyDeleteUnless Ms M gets there before you!
DeletePerhaps if we all clubbed together .........and bought a ticket for the Euromillions Lottery.
ReplyDeleteI think winning the Eurommillion is key here... ;-)
DeleteWell my cheque book won't do anybody any good ;) What a great view this place must have. So, Eric, when you move in, which one is my room when I come to stay? Can I have the one on the left? Though I'm not fussy...
ReplyDeleteLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! Deal!
DeleteLOL That looks bigger than my house!! (And I don't think my checkbook is up to that challenge.) Eric, if you do get this one, that terrace would be the perfect spot for the next PDP picnic!
ReplyDeleteI agree Christie. Perfect. But like Drummond said I first need to win the Euromillion. Besides here it takes a minimum of 3 months to buy a property so it's too late for the picnic ;-)
DeleteMay be some oligarch or arms dealer who got burnt in Cyprus may decide to sink some money in some rive droite real estate :-)
ReplyDeleteThey can afford it
LOL. Very possible! The thing is that all banks are currently closed in Cyprus!
DeleteI will keep my date book open Eric for when you invite all your international friends over to celebrate your new apartment. Just let me know when your jet will be picking me up. That would be very cool. until then, back to reality! Anne
ReplyDeleteI'm telling you. If I could really afford this I would fly in all my PDP friends!
DeleteI'm with Drummond. If we all chip in, we could buy it and make it our PDP headquarters. I would be more than willing to be the concierge....
ReplyDeleteI'll wash all those windows and even cook once in a while for dinner parties, but only if you find me a pretty parisienne for a dinner date.
ReplyDeleteSo, Eric, when you move in here, may I please have your old place?
ReplyDelete.... :) But I took photos of it before you did.... isn't it just a MARVEL???
ReplyDeleteBTW; we're selling our wonderful dreamy Meulière (stone house) in a beautiful garden right now - you might be interested, it's wayyyyyyy cheaper!!!!
