I'm usually very picky about shows, but tonight I can tell you that I attended a really delightful one. It's called La Clique and it runs at the Bobino theater, in the 14th arrondissement. It was witty, funny, creative, unexpected, daring... Well, really good. Have a look at
some of the numbers if you want to have a better idea. I took this photo at the intermission from the balcony.
Sounds and looks like a winner. A humorous show in Paris that's creative and witty and colorful...doesn't surprise me in the least. Glad you had a grand time and shared a bit with us. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteIf I enjoyed the green light in yesterday's photo, I love even more the pink, red and blue light in this one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
Gonna take a look at the numbers link now....... bye!
I just viewed the link...sign me up! It is there till March 28th if I read it correctly. I'll give up a dinner for this!!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for another taste of a Paris I don't know about.
PS, I could live without the lady who swallows scissors and did scary things with her tongue euwwwww.
A delightful photograph too!
ReplyDeleteEric,
ReplyDeleteHmmm, might want to see this. Rendez-vous en Janvier?

Looks like the anti-Cirque du Soleil! Kind of wild and wacky. I love the pink, Eric. You've shown us so many magnificent colored lights lately. It's apropos, in the City of Light.
ReplyDeleteIt's a great photo and great show Eric.
ReplyDeleteFor those who are interested in going, it's open seating, but you can choose the category of seat. Get there early and fight through the people to get on the first row and you won't be disappointed.
Ah, Eric, what a stunning picture. That's great! I'm sooooo jealous! that I did not do hat.
ReplyDeleteOn another subject, I saw on France24 "ENTERTAINMENT
Hallyday's controversial surgeon assaulted in Paris
The French surgeon blamed for performing a botched operation on rock legend Johnny Hallyday, who is currently undergoing emergency treatment in the US, was mugged by two hooded people in Paris overnight."
Ah PARIS, what do we do with those crazy, emotional French people. :-)
Yeah, speaking of crazy, here is one of my favorite songs to go with that... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bd2B6SjMh_w
ReplyDeleteWonderful colorful shot, Eric! I remember when the Bobino hosted Brel, Brassens, Béart, Barbara—this show looks like a lot of fun, Cirque de Soleil on crack!
ReplyDeleteLOL Alexa! "Cirque du Soleil on crack"
ReplyDeleteGood choice Lois!
ReplyDeleteThat's just it, Alexa.
ReplyDeletecazy emotional French people...
ReplyDeleteLove the colors. Makes me want to go and see something somewhere!
