A pretty conceptual photo today... I took it at night by the Canal Saint Martin in the 10th arrondissement and I pretty much like it because these is a bit of everything: movement, stillness, graffiti... and though you don't clearly see the people. That's all, it's Sunday, I have the right to a little creativity LOL!
It's lovely! I love the use of shadow and light. Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI love these silhouettes. I'm especially drawn to the one walking on the right side of the photo. Is that a musical instrument, a baguette, or a sausage? (I know, I'm being a bit naughty, but it's still Saturday nite in Los Angeles!)
ReplyDeleteI really like the mood of this photo. It would make a cool book cover!
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great photo. Reminds me a bit of
ReplyDeleteRobert Doisneau's Le Canal Saint Martin l'hiver et la nuit (1954)

@extradiagetic I did not know about this Doisneau picture actually. Very cool (and pretty rare that the canal freezes).
ReplyDeleteThis photo is a bit scary if you ask me. Glad YOU were there and not me!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Looks like a still photo from a very hip movie.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad to see so much grafitti ruining walls and shops and disrespecting Paris neighborhoods!
