Fontaine des Mers

I've caught a big cold on the way back from the US and I really did not feel like going out yesterday. So I took a sick day and dug out a stock photo - well, actually one I took just before my trip to San Jose. You've see it a zillion times on this blog, but I'm sure you'll be happy to see it once more; it's really beautiful, even when noone put green stuff in the water! Off to bed now!

  1. This is a beautiful photo! The perspective, the detail, and the colors are just amazing. This almost looks like a spaceship that's taking off!

I hope you feel better soon! It's always such a bummer to be sick after traveling.

  3. Yes this is beautiful, Eric ! Get well soon !
I hate being sick, with a big cold. Nothing really serious but terrible for the day-to-day life !
    I had one last week.
Bon courage and stay quiet with paracetamol medicine and basic "serum physiologique" to clean all that !

  7. Lovely. Why "Fontaine des mers", btw ? Is it its name ? Or is it a title that sounds well ?

    1. I'm pretty sure it's the real name of it. There are two fountains there one is Fontaines des fleuves and the other one Fontaine des mers.

  9. Oh, look at that beautiful blue sky! Sorry you're sick, but you know an airplane is just a big metal container for germs. Take care.
