Call me spoiled, but yes I took this photo from the Restaurant Jules Verne located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower two days ago! The food was excellent, the scenery outstanding and I was with friends I like a lot. What more to ask?! I took thousands of pictures of course, but I thought this one was the most representative: it shows the metal beams of the tower, one of the bridges above the river Seine, the city lights, people visiting the second floor and even... our table reflecting in the window! (View same angle under daylight)
BRAVO Eric! Super!!!It is difficult to imagine advertisement of Paris more successful than this one!!!
ReplyDeleteLaughing out lound Olga! I love your comments, always very very enthousiastic!
ReplyDeleteVery nice, thanks
ReplyDeleteMichael's blog also mentions a meal at Jules Verne...highly suspicious! Perhaps a mini-blogger convention? I love both of your blogs, thank you for sharing your life in Paris with us.
ReplyDeleteLOL Melie. How attentive!
ReplyDeleteFine food, great company and a beautiful view... sounds like heaven.
ReplyDeleteGreat night pictures Eric! Very unusual views of famous monuments. I loved the few last posts for their aesthetic quality and originality.

> Rock. It was not bad, I confirm!!
ReplyDelete> JM. Thanx. All these monuments have been taken in photo so many times that I find it sometimes hard to find new angles. I am therefore very flattered by your comment!
I'm so jealous look at your photos!
ReplyDeleteYou wake up with ART all around you!
I was in Paris en Septembre 2001 and I was in love.
Seeing your photos remind me of the trip of a lifetime I took!
Merci pour les souvenirs
