Premium graffiti location...

It's been a while since I've shown you a Paris graffiti, so here you go! Nothing as spectacular as some of the ones I've seen in Miami, but still impressive ;-) This wall is actually pretty famous, for it's located in the 10th arrondissement, near the Canal Saint Martin (a pretty central area) and very much "in demand"; I'd be very surprised that this work is still there at the moment for I took this photo some time before my departure ;-)  Have a great weekend everyone, wherever you are in the world ;-)

  1. Eric, you're the first person who ever showed me graffiti I could call art.

  3. I hope you get to see the 50 artists at "Les Bains"
I am sure we would love to see the Tenin perspective ;)

  4. I never appreciated graffiti as art until I visited Paris.

  5. Some grafiti are more attractive than others to me but I love the street art in general. The link given by anonymous at 7:59 above is very interesting. I remember a previous post from Eric related to this 'un-artiste-un-jour' project.

And like Petrea, I think I learnt much about grafiti as an art here, thanks to your initiation Eric, than anywhere else.

  7. This is awesome. It would make a GREAT location for a fashion shoot, especially at night like you have photographed it.

  8. There is a lot of fascinating street art. The link from Anonymous is very interesting, as are the photos you continue to show to us, Eric. Humans have such a need to create, in one way or another....
