I have - good - news for you (well for those of you who're interested in buying an apartment in Paris!). For the first time in 15 years, prices have stopped going up. They even started going down (a little), by almost 4% in 2013. Now a square meter in Paris "only" costs 8 190 € on average! I took this photo a long time ago, in the 13th arrondissement. It's not very good, but I thought it was perfect to "celebrate" the news!
That does make for an interesting pattern.
ReplyDeleteAh, real estate prices. Driven up by the vultures who call themselves real estate agents, at least in part...
wau,love to buy a appartm.in Paris...but I can't...a Dream so....anyway how good is that/,you come to Sydney and the Real Estate here are out off control...so expensive..unreal ...only for the wealthy...it's hitting that way,particularly in Sydney...thank you for sharing Eric...how else would we know the latest deals in Paris!! Merci
ReplyDelete"Celebrate the news!" <---are you crazy!?
ReplyDeleteLOOOOOOOL
DeleteWhat? You don't want all of us to come and be your neighbors? :~}
DeleteLove the effect of repetition in your picture. I imagine the day's news captured behind bars, like printed words that cannot be retrieved, on read over and over again.
ReplyDelete;-)
DeleteGreat news! Now if I save my sous, I might get there by the time I'm 80 (instead of 90).
ReplyDeleteAnyone want to go halfsies on one square meter?
ReplyDeleteSure, let me get my wallet -- I accidentally left it in my private jet.
ReplyDelete[love these windows and the patterns!]
