This is a Peugeot 203, a car that was produced by French car manufacturer Peugeot between 1948 and 1960 and which sold like hot cakes (well for that time). I found it on the part of the right Seine banks that the Paris town hall totally renewed last summer (not far from where I took this photo), offering new spots to pass by and... to park péniches. Enjoy your Sunday, everyone...

What an old beauty! I love the angle, Eric ~ and a musical brunch on a Sunday on the Seine sounds like a fine plan to me. Happy Sunday...
ReplyDeleteI will enjoy Sunday when it comes! That sounds like a lovely thing. Brunch on the Seine. Just seems to roll off the tongue. Enjoy your Sunday, Eric!
ReplyDeleteI'd love that, too. Brunch on the Seine! Thanks for the lovely thought, Eric.
ReplyDeleteBrunch? That péniche in the background with the musical brunch is calling me (and the others). Could you move the car, please? Send it round to pick us up!
ReplyDeleteOne more romantic spot to add to the list!
ReplyDeleteLike traveling back in time 50 years! And Sunday brunch here sounds perfect—wish we could all take part. :~} Bon dimanche!
ReplyDeleteEric..
ReplyDeleteI’m always astounded by the things you find that the normal, or even curious visitor would NEVER see… That’s what makes a great adventurer… Keep up the great work…

Looks delicious and fabulous at once. I was there last summer and made a video to see from a tourist's perspective: http://youtu.be/Bv7Xls7GncM
