Did you know there is a real farm in Paris? A piece of land in the Bois de Vincennes, with fruit trees, vegetables, cows, chickens and... pigs! And I'm not talking about the Salon de l'agriculture, the trade show I often posted a photo of on this blog, but a real real farm! The actual purpose is not to allow Parisians to buy farm products, but to teach the children (and grown ups?!) where their food originally comes from! Really cool!
That's a happy pig!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's had too many beers. -Jeff
ReplyDeleteThat tree is almost as big as the pig. I bet it is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a tree !! ;) LOL
DeleteI hope I'm not the only one who thinks pigs are adorable.
ReplyDeleteThe cute pink ones, yes... But the dirty, noisy one, I'm not so sure...
DeleteHaving been born on a farm, I know this scene well.
ReplyDeleteReally? When was it the last time you saw a real pig?! (pork chops don't count!)
Deleteaww he is cute! i posted a virginia farm today! we are on the same wavelength!

No, Petrea—you're not. Great choice to illustrate this excellent concept, Eric!
ReplyDeleteI could not help when I saw it ;-)
DeleteWhat a sweet pig! He looks so content and well-cared for!
ReplyDeleteYes, he's probably closer to a pet than to a real farm pig ;-)
DeleteI do NOT remember giving you a model release, sir! Haha
