Last evening I had the pleasure of having dinner at Le Burgundy, a superb hotel located near La Madeleine. It's a er... pretty fancy hotel and the food was really delish, needless to say! To be honest I had never heard of this hotel and if it weren't for my host Splendia, the high-end booking site that organized the evening, I still wouldn't know of it. Just for fun and to make you take part in the experience, I made a new experiment: I photographed my meal every 10 seconds! Check out the results here ;-) Note: for those who are wondering, this is NOT a sponsored post, there has never been any and will never be one on PDP!)
Wow... the picture here looks so crisp & yummy. We'll wait for the link of your time lapse photography of your dinner! BTW do you have any Instagram? I was looking for you there... it wouldbe nice I guess if you are on Instagram.
ReplyDeleteWell no, I'm not really on Instagram yet, although I have an account. There are so many places to be...
ReplyDeleteOMG that time lapse video is so cool!!
ReplyDeleteWhat?! No dessert? Maybe it just passed by too quickly.
ReplyDeleteLove it Eric! By my count, you used 3 forks and 2 knives and still had silverware left over at the end of the video. Did you use the utensils above your plate also?
ReplyDeleteThat was amazing Eric! Such a good project. I loved the look of the food and also your behaviour during the meal was interesting. You spent a lot of time turning to your left to talk. Who was the lucky person?
ReplyDeleteSometimes I eat that fast, too. You really need to talk to the poor woman on your right, too.
ReplyDeletePretty cool video!
ReplyDeleteI LOL'd my way through your time-lapse meal, Eric—complètement géniale!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love Monica's comment. :~}
The video is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteLoved the video! I have heard that eating quickly can cause indigestion, but I don't think that will happen in this case. lol
ReplyDeleteLooks like a wonderful time!
LOVE the timelapse video! And I have to say, that has GOT to be the fastest food service I've ever seen in France! :-)
ReplyDeleteLOL. Soooooo... the person on the left was the founder of Splendia (each tile I write Splendia I have a sweet taste coming to my mouth, I wonder why LOL!) the company that invited us all to this meal, the minimum I could do was to pay attention to him, wasn't it?!
ReplyDeleteI DID have desert (and the remaining cutlery was for it!) but... they dimmed the light so match that I could use the images... Sorry (it was yummy though!) ;-)
I "liked" your video, Eric. More than like. It's really fun and Splendiad!
ReplyDeleteI love your video, Eric!
ReplyDeleteBut it seems that you spent much more time talking than eating ;-)
Blimey, I thought I was a fast eater haha!
ReplyDeleteI love watching your food "move" around the plate! Very interesting and entertaining!!
ReplyDeleteI like the video too I must say, it's pretty funny to watch. But I'll do it a little differently next time; it was a first attempt!
ReplyDeleteYes, very entertaining video. I'll try to be satisfied with my ham sandwich for lunch. Oops, must run!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to try this place!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you're a fast eater!
ReplyDeleteMais quel goinfre! LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat idea & I look forward to your next attempts-Bravo!
ReplyDelete@Manuel. C'est vrai !
