South Jefferson High School in Paris

You've all seen the results I suppose, let's take a break from the elections for a while, I'll come back to them when the second round is in sight... Right now, I would like to wish a happy return home to the students of South Jefferson Central School (and to their teacher Françoise) who are regular visitors to PDP and who I finally had the pleasure to meet last week.
Talking about meetings, let me remind you that all those who happen to be in Paris this Friday (April 27) are kindly invited to a little PDP gathering. I will let you know - Thursday at the latest - where it'll take place (depending on the weather).

  2. Fantastic! What a wonderful treat for American kids taking French to meet and greet Our Eric. I heard the speeches of Bayrou, Sarkozy, and Royale....I understood about 80 per cent....What a thrill for me.

  9. Great group picture! And I'm really glad to see there is nobody climbing down the Arc de Triomphe with signs, this time [like in June of 2006] :)

  11. Can't say how sorry I am that I won't participate in the PDP meeting...

...but I've got great news: I've bought my flight ticket to Paris!!! The date is set, Paris I'll see you in July! Yay!!!

(the sooner we buy the tickets here the cheaper they are - which is still expensive! - I believe it's the same everywhere)

  23. These kids are probably gonna remember the trip the rest of their lives. By the way, the blond girl with the sunglasses on the right looks just like a movie star! Watch out, Angelina Jolie! :)

(KP Gallant: we said end of the month, and I guess it's that time. We're thinking about meeting in a friendly coffee shop in the City, maybe on a Saturday afternoon or something like that. If you have any good ideas, let me know.)
