I know you're going to be envious, but I can't help it! The weather in Paris at the moment is really nice (a little too hot maybe...) and walking down the embankment is a real treat. FYI? the first bridge is
Pont Marie and the second one - in the background - is
Pont Louis Philippe. I hope this will help you start the week with a big smile...
What a truly lovely photo! How nice to see sun and blue skies. It is raining here in Colorado and while we need the rain, I miss the sun!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteHey, I wish I was there too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the smile, Eric. You bring back good memories of walking to and fro Ile St. Louis via Pont Marie.
ReplyDeleteI love your last photo of those sexy hairy legs Eric! I'm sorry to have to wait until today to say so but I was without internet service for most of this weekend.
ReplyDeleteAs for today's lovely photo - I wish I were there too.
: )
lovely shot! Summer has begun right on schedule here in Paris!
ReplyDeleteHi Eric - First visit to your site. It sure is a lot of fun. Wouldn't you know I'd be missing the great weather. I'm bookmarking your site and will be back to learn more - even though I live just down the road, I know so little of Paris. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteTotally lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh My... this is really nice. The colors on the bright light. Great Eric thanks once again for another one that made me smile.
ReplyDeleteA little too hot maybe? Just sing "I love Paris in the summer, when it sizzles . . ."
ReplyDeleteYou sure lined this one up perfectly! It makes me cool just looking at the river in this shot. Thanks!
Wonderful! Enjoy the beautiful weather.
ReplyDeleteWell Eric, just go ahead and make me weep. I walked across the Pont Marie just last Wednesday and now I'm home and very homesick for Paris. Will I ever tire of her? I think not.

Ahhhhhhhh.......
ReplyDeleteMoi aussi, Eric.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, it's been so long I don't even know if I spelled that right.
Merci bien, Eric! Je serais ravie de pouvoir etre a Paris maintenant. Tres belle photo!!!
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, make us envious! You do it so well with your amazing photos. Thanks, Eric.
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Eric for the photo...
Moi aussie! I mean, Moi aussi. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Eric ~ a beautiful start to the week, indeed!
So beautiful. Yes, I am envious as it is cool this week. And the scenery is pretty, but not gorgeous like this. Yes, I wish I was there. But alas, life pulls me onward here and I must stay, at least for a while longer. :) Someday...
ReplyDeleteYES It has thank you Eric.
ReplyDeleteI had a text this morning from a friend lunching on the Champs-Elysees, he said it was a beautiful day. I'm envious as its freezing WINTER here.
I'm in another time zone (New Zealand) 10 hours ahead.
Eric
ReplyDeletePerfect blue Paris
New York area is hot and muggy.
Heat alert later today.
Had a chance to taste Rillettes and Nonettes and many other French treats yesterday at Fancy Food Show including Corsican Whisky and Beer.

It looks like we're going to have nearly perfect weather in Ohio this week, but I'd so much rather be back in Paris! Beautiful shot, Eric!
ReplyDeletewow this is a really stunning photo and an amazing place :)
ReplyDeleteright near these 2 bridges is a building that has a cannonball stuck in it from the French revolution.
ReplyDeleteWould have liked to have met you, Virginia.
neida, blir ikke misunnelig, skal til Paris i juli, LOL (som du pleier å si)
ReplyDeletePHX -- Where (or what) is the building with the cannonball!? I'm so curious.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteMERCI!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Even though our hotel was only a block away from the river, our metro station was a block in the other direction so I did not see as much of the river as I would have liked! Hopefully I will get there again and not too long away!
ReplyDeleteBut this is an older photo, isn't it? How can trees not be green at this time in Paris? :)
ReplyDeleteenvious yes! even more : homesick! ;-)
ReplyDeleteTrust me that is really beautiful. And that is not only Paris, it is Paris through your eyes. Through you.
ReplyDeleteC'est ma photo préférée. D'eau est très bleu. Il n'est pas un nuage dans le ciel. J'aime beau temps.
ReplyDeleteHi, I went to Paris recently; bought a really cool app for my android phone; called "Paris in 3 Days". It presented me my itinerary already done, with lots of info, metro station, restaurants and history. Tips and fascinating info on sites I never imagine to know without hiring a guide. I really recommend it to anyone going to Paris. It is called "paris in 3 days" this is the web site: http://myworldcity.host-ed.net/
ReplyDeleteAnd Enjoy Paris!
