It's a shame I cannot show you faces (the French law is very strict about this), for I would have loved to show you this very touching young couple who was spending some time outside the Musée d'Art moderne de la ville de Paris. I don't regret it that much actually as I really like the composition in this photo. I hope you do too. Have a nice Sunday everyone, mine will be very quiet, like Paris at the moment!

My Sunday is spent cleaning. But it needs to be done so.............
ReplyDeleteI just love shots of young love - always takes me back.
It's a charming shot, Eric! I like the composition, too.
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday (tomorrow for me) will be spent with my church family in the morning worshiping and learning, then with my sweet and lovely family in the afternoon (when I'll probably take a nap!)
ReplyDeleteI'll be watching ice hockey playoff game with neighbors and friends and drinking beers. Love the picture of the youngsters!
ReplyDeleteSpending Sunday packing - leaving for Paris for 2 months! Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteEric, what specifically does French law say about showing faces of people in the street? I feel certain that people who know these two young folk would be able to identify them without their faces being shown ...
ReplyDeleteI'll spend my Sunday wth my friends so it won't be quiet at all... ; )
ReplyDeleteOh my, Paris is so amazing, Parisians are so amazing, I love to observe their faces when I'm there so I really regret that you couldn't show faces of these young people... But your website and photos are wonderful anyway, they make me feel like I'm in France everyday when I miss my second motherland... Greetings from Poland! ;)
I never knew there was a French law about showing peoples faces? I like this photo. ♥
ReplyDeleteI actually had that exact moment at that exact place with my boyfriend last summer, when we were still a young couple :)
ReplyDeleteThe kids in the background look like they are having a great time skate boarding. I use to skate board when I was around 10 y/o. That's hard to believe now -- wooooooo. :)
ReplyDeleteWould love to know more about that French face law, too! Great pic even without being able to see their faces.
