Today is August 1st and the theme day among the CityDailyPhoto community (which is temporary hosted on Facebook until the portal gets fixed) is numbers. I did not find any that I liked enough to post so you'll have to use your imagination... For yes, it takes two to be lovers by the Bassin de la Vilette where I took this photo! A pretty good number I think ;-) Happy 1st of August anyone, check what number(s) the other CDP have come up with on Facebook if you're on it.

What a sweet photo and a good interpretation of the theme. Peaceful blue. Great feeling, this two. I definitely like his arm around her!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great photo, and I love your idea for "two." It's also fitting that these 2 lovers have some sweet treats from Amorino with them!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet. I hope they see it and love it as much as we do.
ReplyDeleteIt is simply lovely !
ReplyDeleteTres romantique Eric, you and I were on exactly the same wave length today.
ReplyDeleteThe best kind-of-two xx
ReplyDeleteNice!
ReplyDeleteNumbers? Lucky I posted about a restaurant called TableSix. What a lovely coincidence!

So sweet! This picture is adorable! :)
ReplyDeleteAlmost me,
ReplyDeleteAlmost you,
Almost blue,
What's with those PINK suede shoes?
PS Big sigh of relief over here, first 2 Gold medals for UK today, rowing and cycling (Wiggo, who else?)
Now we can relax and enjoy the games.
Ah, to be young and in love in Paris! Love the shades of blue too.
ReplyDeleteJust lovely. I would love for that to be me and my sweet Hubby. Someday...
ReplyDeletePictures showing people that love each other, we can find millions but this one, so well named "two", places the photographer and the viewer as a discrete witness of a moment of grace (a special moment) between these two. We feel it more than we see it. This is the strength of the photo. And I have to say I find it really cool.
ReplyDeleteToo much blue in the photo, otherwise, sweet shot!
