A new food experience

You have probably all noticed in your own country how cooking shows are popular on TV. They are in France too and they have also opened the way to new cooking experiences in real life... Hence this social network called Food Reporter, where people take photos and share the dishes they eat, or this "food lab" called Mademoiselle M, where I had the pleasure of having lunch a couple of days ago. It's not a restaurant, but a lovely place dedicated to cooking, that companies of groups can rent on special occasions. What's in the foreground? Yummy beet mousse.

  2. I went from being turned off when I thought I read BEEF mousse to dying of hunger when I went to the food networking site. I want recipes!

  3. My friends and I took a cooking class at the Paris Ritz not long ago. Baggettes? Macarons? Coq au Vin? No, they had us prepare a Chinese chicken stir fry. We were so disappointed.

  5. Oh, Donna! That would be such a disappointment! This looks VERY interesting, and I would love to try something like this! I do love to cook and trying new recipes is one of my favorite things.

(Still working on finding a good macaron recipe though...but I found the almonds for the flour! Yay!)

  7. Yummy, this looks really great.

In Danish TV there's like six different cooking shows going on week after week - it's getting a bit boring I think. But then I'm not a really dedicated cook like Christie ;-) I cook because I have a family and I have to and sometimes it's a daily ordeal. I LOVE eating good food though, lol.

  8. I watch two cooking shows and the Travel Channel which also dwells on food. I enjoy them very much.
