The best patisserie in Paris?

Those of you who follow me on Instagram (ParisDailyPhoto) may already have seen this photo today, but I don't resist posting it on PDP too! I took it at Les Petits Mitrons, a fantastic patisserie (pastry place) located at 26 rue Lepic in the 18th arrondissement. All their tarts - either sweet or quiche like - are fresh of the day, and made on site. Don't miss it if you happen to be in the Abesses area, near Montmatre.

  1. J'aime que les tarts sont fraiche. Ok, maybe that's a language thing.

Now for something completely different, I just booked a trip to Paris 26 Avril - 6 Mai, 2013. PDP picnique, anyone? Drummond et femme? Rose? Monica, will I finally meet you? How about Monnica, Pont Girl? Petrea and Carrie? Lois? French Twist? ET Suzie? If you book early, the cost is much lower. The exchange rate is pretty good right now. Maybe that other silly Brit will make it this time: she keeps talking about it, n'est-ce pas? And how about you Parisiens et Parisiennes? Anna? Sab? Guille et Michael? Let's party!

  6. I like the Abesses area, next time..........

Jeff, we are hoping to visit for 5 days or so next year, so of course it would be great to be in Paris when you are there and if we knew the likely date of the picnic, even better!
