Mysterious object?
October 1st (already!), therefore a theme day. The CityDailyPhoto community chose "Mysterious Object". I looked and looked and looked and really could not think of something, until I came across this photo that I had taken a few days ago and never showed to you. It's part of a huge open air photo exhibit located on the Quai Branly, near the Eiffel Tower that features artists from all over the world. This one is Russian, he's called Sergey Loier and he loves surrealism! Click here to view thumbnails for all participants.

What a great photo of art, you capture the mood of the piece magically! Thanks
ReplyDeleteIt is parfait Eric, but PLEASE, don't tell me in Paris you had to actually look around for a mysterious object with all the fabulous and sometimes edgy public art at your fingertips! HA

I believe she is "planking", the trend to go somewhere and lie flat and straighten out like a plank of wood. Apparently the fad has reached Russia?
ReplyDeleteMysterious object? Who would object to mystery? Or object mysteriously? I'm so confused.
finally saw "Midnight In Paris" tonight. Great movie. Now I really have the Paris blues, though I am inspired to think and feel, now that I'm out of a box.
A mysterious case of planking I think.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Joan Elizabeth...definitely mysterious planking going on! But the fish? Hmm, what a great mystery.
ReplyDeleteCertainly strange!
ReplyDeleteHow big is this mysterious photo? How are they protecting this open air photo exhibit?
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Antigua Guatemala.
greetings from Connecticut, USA - just wanted to tell you I spent the last 9 days in your lovely Paris where I got to meet and bond with my new grandbaby. Each day the weather just kept getting better and better.
ReplyDeletethe only sight seeing I did was walking the baby around their neighborhood and even that was magnificent. (17th arris)
nice image , i want to say i am a regular visitor of this blog , i love to read every new post of this blog whenever it comes out .
ReplyDeleteJ'aime quand tu dis que tu as cherché, cherché, cherché.
