Less original than yesterday's photo, maybe even a little tacky(!) but this is such an unusual scene in Paris that I did not resist posting it. Those of you who know Paris will probably have recognized the Grands Boulevards metro station... How? Because of the Hard Rock Cafe sign in the background, precisely located on the Grands Boulevards. Pretty cool isn't it? FYI, there should be more snow tonight in Paris...
Snow! We had -19C today so I think our snow will last for a few months.

ReplyDeleteTomorrow I work back to the USA and then visit Mom to make sure all is well in FL. To hear Miami is overcast falls dead on me. You don't fall on the sidewalk due to overcast weather.
It isn't tacky at all. This is a pretty cool shot, Eric.

I really love all your photos. This one is special to me. Probably the light. It could be a photo from a scene of a movie. Like 'Midnight in Paris'. I love the mood and I miss a peaceful walk in Paris, just wandering and looking at all beautiful lights by night. Hope you were not too cold when you took it though. It is not really the best weather for a walk... but I still miss it !
