"Make love not war", was the slogan you could hear in the 60s... Well, if you look at this graffito, it looks like the two are compatible LOL! To be quite frank I did not notice the machine gun in the hands of the angel at first and I saved this photo thinking "this would make a perfect photo to celebrate lovers' day! On a second thought it might not be that appropriate... ;-) Anyway, let me send you all my love, wherever you are in the world.

ReplyDeletewell ... love does make some do crazy things, though this one is extreme.. maybe its more metaphorical than actual. hugs to all :o)

ReplyDeleteLots of love from down under To you Eric.. And all the readers :)) Kara xx Merci
ReplyDeleteMy love to you too, Eric. You really do know how to brighten up a day. Every day.
ReplyDelete<3<3<3 So Cal sends lots of Valentine's Day love, too, Eric! I think the machine gun's just a high powered version of the bow and arrow - necessary due to population growth! It must be tough being Cupid - so many hearts to hit. In that vein, I just saw the perfect Valentine's Day francophile's movie - The Well Digger's Daughter with Daniel Auteuil. And, its set in Provence - what more could one ask for!?
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day to you, Eric!
ReplyDelete[I like Cupid and the heart, but I prefer him carrying a bow and arrow, rather than a machine gun. Seems like "overkill", so to speak....]
Amour to all!
ReplyDeleteHappy lovers day to all people out there :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day to you to. I didn't notice the gun at first either....the image reminds me of that old Pat Benatar song "Love is a Battlefield"!!!
ReplyDeleteHooray for getting sick! Never fly with a cold like I did, but I got "stuck "in London. . Mr PHX took the Eurostar from CDG to hold my hand here for a few days. He said I am worth catching a cold for.....ahhh love. And Valentine's day in LHR not CDG.
ReplyDeleteForgot the funniest part. My last email to my Eric included the hotel room number. Email predictor brought up the Eric's and I did not know I touched ERIC TENIN!! Try being my male friend and receiving THAT email from me for Valentines Day!!
ReplyDeleteBonjour Éric

Love to you aussi from Sud Af, et la Hongrie.
Eniko
