La Géode, Part II

I rarely post about the same area/topic twice in a row, but for once I'll make an exception so that you can see where the Geode I took yesterday is located. And also to let you enjoy the wonderful weather we have at the moment in Paris (it won't last, don't worry ;-))

  2. This is absolutely stunning! It is especially wonderful on the heels of yesterday's photo.

  3. Really wonderful. I'll bet it brings a lot of people to La Villette.

  4. If there were no paving stones, nor the two people sitting in the foreground, one might ask whether this was a photo taken in Paris or not. Extraordinary! Like a star that just landed or ready to go back to home. Nice chain of two beautiful photos.

  5. It's gorgeous! (It also reminds me of the Jelly Bean in Chicago's downtown, the reflections are so amazing.) This is just wonderful and the sun is gorgeous. Enjoy!

    1. I don't know the Bean. It's been at least 20 years since I've last been to Chicago.

  6. I'm glad you decided to "double up" and show us this great shot of La Géode too—it definitely puts it in perspective.

    1. Yes, that's what I thought, because the "big planet" of yesterday was not easy picture "for real"!

  7. Love the photo, as always, Eric. I have been viewing daily but haven't made a comment in nearly two years. Forgive me if it was already noted here, but I wanted to mention that Petrea was in the news here in Pasadena. Such a talented woman!
