It's been a while since I've shown you a lovers couple on PDP, so here is one. I found them at the "Technoparade", kind of like the Gay Pride except that it's not gay! Same principle, same music, same joy but not the same age range. In this Parade, anyone older than 18 looks misplaced. I was LOL!
Cute couple. And, from the back, he looks older than 18. Hey, it's not because you're wiser that you can't be cool as well!
ReplyDeleteI had fun trying to figure out where this was and got as far as Blvd. Sebastopol.
ReplyDeleteHi Eric,
ReplyDeleteI like your loving couple photo. I have one of an older couple on my blog today.
Awww, aren't they cute!
ReplyDeleteCute couple they are! Must be a bit contradicted to walk around in a Gay parade lol :P
ReplyDeleteAny photo that shows affection and love is great!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder why is he not hugging her back?
ReplyDeleteMaybe they are not "loving" at all!
I also wondered why only the girl is hugging. She would deserve a hug back:)
ReplyDeleteI bet his hand is on her bum. Eric was just so discreet as to cut that out!
ReplyDeletePHX-CDG, I too am searching my map. I love it when Eric's photo has a street sign, and the other directional signs are clues. It's Sebastapol, of course, and I'm guessing either rue Turbigo or Rambuteau.
ReplyDeleteHe does look distant, doesn't he. Do you suppose he's checking out another...no, nevermind.
I happen to think it's near the Bastille somewhere as I saw a huge crowd of too young, too happy, too much energy-filled people there on Saturday...but hey, maybe they were just out for the day and I'm oversensitive to my aging! LOL
ReplyDeleteAwww, so sweet!
ReplyDeletePardon me for a moment while I advertise:
Come visit STLdailyphoto! I've got Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones, Elvis, and Buddy Holly!!! Also while you're there check out my side bar. I want to take a trip to Paris for my graduation and need a bit of help raising funds! Of course no one is obligated, but every penny helps! I'm so excited imagining the things I'll see and do when I get there!
Eric, sorry to do an advert on your blog!
Jeff, does the Roche Bobois store help you? I'm stumped.
ReplyDeleteEric said, "kind of like the Gay Pride except that it's not gay!"
ReplyDeleteHow do you know? At least 10% of them are probably gay! It sounds like a formidable party to me!
I took it at the crossing of Boulevard Sébastopol and rue Réaumur.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Micheal, they kinda ened up in Bastille @ some point but I don't know exactly.
Sorry, I should have posted the location in the caption, but I kinda like it when you try to find out LOL!
thouthands of drunk teenagers, oh my god that was scary to see...
