Return to the Kube bar

I hear it's very cold in Paris at the moment, which made me think of a "free will" freezing experience I had once in Paris. I was invited to Le Kube bar, an ice bar located in the 18th arrondissement (but not at all in the touristy part of the 18th arrondissement, which made me doubt about its viability at the time, but I check, they are still in business!). Quite impressive and fun (to do once, in my opinion, but not twice!). Read all about it here.

  1. If you would like to try the real thing one day Grace, you need to travel further north. To the Ice hotel.

  2. A far cry from the warm breezes of Malta.

  3. it looks rather like a warm wave coming from Malta inside the "glacière" that is Paris today... And today is just a word to say also the coming days, I'm afraid... The orange/red light is helping. Thank you for trying to sympathize ;) it is not useless, is it ?! Damned..!

  4. It does remind me of an ice hotel concept, which we've seen here in Canada as well.

  5. I can imagine a drink at an ice bar. Once. I can't imagine staying over night in an ice hotel! Stefan, William, have you tried it?
