Smells like spring...

OK the guy in the photo is not exactly in a T-shirt and shorts, but we're almost there! I've been waiting  for a ray of sun a good reason to go out of my shell (and leave my computer's desk!) for quite some time now and I think we're almost there... Look at what's coming up next week in Paris! Have a peaceful Sunday everyone.

  2. Looks like you're in for a nice week in Paris. This guy must be a diehard for the outdoors, because it still looks pretty cold the way he is all bundled up!

  3. A perfect easy breezy Sunday picture. Excited about the weather as my sister Mrs FLL is coming to CDG on Monday, for what will be perfect weather! GIG(Rio) Monica will be here Friday for possible rain. That is more typical.

  4. Oo lovely weather signs for Monday through Friday, Eric. Although maybe the shorts should stay secluded for just a while longer ... pulease!

  5. Hey, PHX, do you mean OUR Monica from Brazil is visiting you? Say bonjour de moi.

It was 66 F (19 C) here today. The weather is wacky this year. I tool a long walk to the library and did some shopping: unusual for us 'Caines to do without a car.

  8. We are still hoping for warmer weather here in Ohio. Our grass still looks like winter grass. Nothing is green like your photo.

I am still having problems getting my

brookvilledialyphotoposts.blogspot.com to show up in the portal.
gordonoh.blogspot.com does show up now and then.

  9. Because there are initiatives that have to be celebrated to the height of the pleasure they give to those who share them, because having published 2565 photographs of Paris from March 11, 2005 and for choosing each days the few words that accompany them, because one day passing without logging would be a banned one and because being still present says it all, this March 11, 2012 is a date that counts in the history of PDP and in my life!
HAPPY SEVEN PDP !!! ENJOY IT! And of course thumbs up for seven years more :D

Today, the daylight doen't really look like Spring because it is quite cloudy. But the temperature is really nice by now. So you're right, it smells a bit like Spring. Waht please me even more is to think that we are heading for it!

  10. Enjoy the pretty spring weather, Eric—but don't abandon your computer desk, please! We need our daily Paris fix from you. Big congrats on this anniversary!

  11. A big thank you to M. PDP for seven years of bring us Paris every day!

A typical New Mexico spring here in Albuquerque. Woke up to three inches of snow, and it will be sunny and 60 degrees this afternoon!

  12. Looks like spring is in the air. Here too, it has been extremely warm all winter. Not many really cold days here this year and already we are preparing for the very hot summers we have here in Texas! I like the spring temperatures instead of the summer heat!

  14. @Tanya. ".spring is hitting here in virginia too!" Good news, have your sun glasses ready!

@Monnica "because it still looks pretty cold the way he is all bundled up!" Yes, actually, it is!

@Julie. "Oo lovely weather signs for Monday through Friday" Yep! Too bad I have to work...

@Jeff. "Hey, PHX, do you mean OUR Monica from Brazil is visiting you? Say bonjour de moi." Yes, the very one! We'll have an extra slice of Velveeta thinking of you!

@Jeff (2) "'Caines to do without a car."??? And "Library"? What's that???

@Anonymous "hat tree is hiding the two empty bottles of vodka which enabled his daytime slumber!" Yeah, maybe, but let's pretend we don't know that ;-)

@Bettina "Perfect weather for the 7 anniversary of PDP - ENJOY !!!" MERCI !

Snow in the morning and 60° in the afternoon?! You must pack a suitcase every time you go out!!

@Kris "I like the spring temperatures instead of the summer heat!" Yes, that is probably the best moment in Texas I must say (not that I know very well, but I remember Houston in summer and I know what you mean when you say heat!)

@Jaq "Happy Anniversary PDP enjoy the sunshine x" Merci, Merci !!

  15. Spring is in the air in Connecticut as well. Suppose to be in 60s most of next week, very unusual weather this "winter". Grass is not green here but it will be soon enough.

Happy Anniversary PDP/Eric. love coming here to see what is going on in Paris...makes me feel closer to family who are living there!
