Paris London a bike...

Let me introduce you to Jackie, a young lady whom I photographed yesterday (Saturday) at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower just after her arrival from London. This would not be that extraordinary if she had not made the journey on a bike! Why did she do that? To raise money for a good cause of course. I really look up to people like her, so when she emailed me in June to ask me if I could be there on the day of her arrival, I did not think twice. Congratulations Jackie and, people, it is still time to make donations... (Do listen to her interview too, it's here).

Morning eric morning pdp . Have spent a comfortable night in Paris and am having a day off cycling ! It was lovely to meet you yesterday thank you so much for coming to meet me . Cycling into Paris around the arc de triomphe and down to eiffle tower was very special and all my aches and pains evaporated . To be met by Parisienne friends on the finish was the icing on the cake,

First time I read that you were willing, Jackie, to go from London to Paris riding a bike I really thought it was a little joke !!
But, no, and I'm glad to see/hear your happiness, now you are in Paris, after all these miles. Bravo!
