Lovers walk

Sunday, August 28, 2011 Publié par Eric Tenin

Today is Sunday, a perfect day to have a walk though Paris en amoureux like this cute couple that I photographed a few days ago, walking peacefully hand in hand and looking at each other from time to time. I’m sure her name is not Irene, like the hurricane that’s heading towards the US east cost, including New York City. I hope it’ll be less serious than what the media tells us.

It looks like that rebel is not without a cause!

(The James Dean thing, you know? Oh, forget it.)

Yeah, it looks like New England is going to have a rough few days. Best wishes to everyone out there.

Why couldn't I have gotten stuck in Paris like my flight attendant roomate? Have to wade out the storm in NYC.

It looks like she is trying to hold onto his little finger. His hand doesn't look too responsive. You know, it's all about body language. I'm not convinced that they are lovers Eric.

PHX: that's a rough break. By the way, I love your mistake in using 'wade'. Or maybe it was an intentional pun?

Hope you stay warm and dry. I recommend a French wine.

sweet couple, indeed. so far, in vermont, irene is very, very wet, with a bit of wind, but nothing remarkable.

How sweet! I love walking through the park with my hubby, even after 16 years and 2 kids. Can't wait to do that in Paris. :) (But we will be a lot closer than that!)

I really love the photos at PDP. In fact ive visited the site a few times over the last couple of years. I'm an English guy in Paris (lives in Montmartre... where else!) and i'm inspired by the PDP photographs. Feel free to take a look at my Paris (France and other places) at www.futurafish.com.

    And it was (sort of).
PHX -- I would have said let's get together and have a hurricane party, but they shut down mass transit (way to overreact, eh?).
Eric -- I love this shot, you voyeur you!
