Peaceful, lovely, charming... No need to pick one of these adjectives, they all apply. Like you can see the sun has returned over Paris and it helps shooting beautiful photos (easy ones too, I agree!). I won't add much except that the first brigdge you can see is
Le pont des arts and that it is rare when the Seine is that calm. Simply gorgeous!
Gorgeous sunrise.
ReplyDeleteWow. Stole it for my desktop. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteJust about to go into a city council budget meeting, and it is guaranteed to be a circus. This photo reminds me there are nice things, too.
Absolutely beautiful, Eric. Thank you. Just what I needed on gloomy wet Monday.

ReplyDeleteOoooooh! Simply marvelous. Between yesterday and today, I am in an ecstasy of Parisiness!! This is absolutely fantastic and I could look at it forever. Eric, you have given us so many gifts. This is one of my all time favorites of all the years in which, day after day, you have wrapped up your fairy tale city in sunlight and ribbons and brought her out for the world to admire. Merci, merci.

How does one formulate a comment about a photo whose beauty is beyond words? Eric, may the joy and loveliness you bring into lives across the world each day be multiplied many times over in your own.
